But now with the increasing demand for high quality interior styling and innovative presentation in Melbourne's ultra-competitive property market has grown the company to now have a warehouse full of furniture and a specialized stylist team.

Director / Stylist

 

A passion for being creative and a love of beautiful spaces, Courtney was destined for a career in interiors. Her design qualifications at RMIT Diploma of Arts - Interior Design and Decoration lead her straight into the interiors industry. Starting off in design and progressed to Sales Management. After many years of working within the interiors and furniture industry she started the Zoosh Interiors business transforming interior and exterior spaces in and around Melbourne. Whether it’s creating interiors to stay or to sell, Courtney and her team can help create the ‘wow’ factor in your home that will leave a lasting impression.

GIANCARLO PADUA

A keen eye for detail and a natural design talent, Giancarlo was always focused on a career in the interior industry. He further developed his skills by completing a Diploma of Arts - Interior Design and Decoration while working in the interiors and furniture industry. He is an experienced property stylist focused on providing personalised service while styling homes and apartments throughout Melbourne. It normally takes at least a month to get ready for sale. You need to plan and do some simple changes to your property before furniture and photography. Here are some top 5 tips we suggest.

1) Repaint


If painting is required choose a bright, clean white to cover all feature walls, doors and cupboards. Feature walls are a risk when selling so steer clear. Make your property a blank canvas. Buyers see too much work and expense if they need to repaint and it could greatly affect your sale price.


2) Recarpet

 

A lot of properties have outdated coloured or patterned carpet that stands out in photos. The buyer will find it hard seeing past the carpet. We would recommend beige and greys because some dark colours like brown suck the life out of your property and change the tones of any furniture that goes into the room.

3) Remove and update window dressings


If window dressings are brightly coloured, old or unattractive then take them down. Dressed windows are outdated and are a personal taste item.  Privacy blinds should be simple roll downs, venetians or roman blinds in a simple colour like beige, white or grey.

An average hire campaign is 5 weeks. This allows for 1 week of photography and 4 weeks sale campaign.
